Savings thodi kam lagti hai board ko, lekin total cost of poor quality dikhao toh buy-in mil jaata hai.

One tip — publish the scoring rubric with the RFP. Vendors respond much better.

Make sure legal revises the RFx language. Old L1-only clauses confuse evaluators.

Weighted scoring worked well for us too. Quality incidents dropped within two quarters.
