Thought: vendor scorecards that only track price are useless

Agar scorecard mein sirf savings dikhao toh quality aur OTIF ignore ho jaata hai. Humne on-time delivery, defect ppm, aur responsiveness add kiya — conversations bilkul change ho gayi. What dimensions do you track?

Share the scorecard live in QBRs. Vendors take it seriously when it is visible.

Price-only scorecards teach vendors to underbid and recover later. Completely agree.
