Our old model was mostly geography-based. After shipping disruptions we need something more dynamic — financial health, single-source dependency, lead-time variance. What frameworks are Indian teams using now?

Red Sea taught us to model transit-time buffers explicitly, not just origin country risk.

Add cyber / data risk for IT and logistics vendors. Often ignored in manufacturing templates.

Multi-factor score: geography, financial health, single-source dependency, lead-time variance.
